1992 - Mendoza, Argentina: I started working in the bakery of my father Cesar. I was with him that I shared a passion for great cuisine.

2001 - Bedford, Texas, USA: Specializing in cakes and artisian pastries. I have expanded to offering a Catering Service. Providing scrumptious meals of typical Argentine & Italian entreés, I now offer rental service by place setting or by occasion.
